We answer within a few days. You do not need to send us your entries. For a bug report, telling us your device (iPhone or Android) and what screen you were on when it happened is enough.
Yes. Settings → Export gives you every entry you have written, as one file. It contains a version you can open and read in a browser, and a version you can move to another service.
The exported file is not encrypted. Think about where you save it.
Yes. A deleted entry cannot be recovered. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains what happens.
Sign in with the same account (Apple or Google) and they are all there. Your entries live on the server, not on the phone.
Settings lets you lock the app with your device's biometrics. With it on, the app asks every time it is opened.
Settings → withdraw consent. You can do it at any time.
You can delete it yourself from Settings. Deleting your account destroys every entry and every record belonging to it. Export first if you want to keep a copy.

US$12.99 a month. Subscribing removes the limit on how many entries the AI will analyse. Whether or not you subscribe, everything you have already written stays readable and exportable.
Cancel in Settings on your device: your name, then Subscriptions. It is done there rather than inside the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Auto-renew has to be turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Apple handles the payment, so refunds are not something we can process. Ask Apple through Report a Problem.
They stay. You can read them and export them. Once the free allowance runs out you cannot have new entries analysed, but nothing you have already written becomes unreadable.
